Terms of sale
This is the pre-launch text for a demonstration build. It is accurate about what this software does today and must be replaced by the organiser's own before tickets are sold.
Buying a ticket
A ticket is sold for the event, date and venue named on the front page. The price shown on a tier card is the price charged; the amount on the pay button is the exact amount taken, including any contribution added at checkout.
Each tier has a limited capacity and a per-order limit. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds — a failed payment issues no ticket and takes nothing from the tier's remaining capacity.
Your ticket at the door
Every ticket carries a unique QR code and an eight-character short code. A ticket can be admitted once. Anyone presenting it is admitted, so treat it like cash: if you forward it, you have given it away.
Refunds and changes
A refunded order's tickets are voided immediately and will not scan at the door. The organiser sets the refund window and publishes it with the line-up.
Contributions
A contribution supports the festival and buys nothing. It is not a ticket, it is not refundable as a purchase, and it is separate from any ticket bought in the same order.
